So, in no particular order...the month of May, Meers Style!
Blake's 4th haircut in his 1st year of life...this one nearly got his daddy in the dog house because it was shockingly short, but I quickly fell in love and became more forgiving! :)
Out for a stroll in his new truck and loving it!

Alan found a family day at the Hockley Soap Box Derby and took the family. The girls and Alan got to race and had a huge amount of fun doing it! It was one of the cutest things I've ever seen! It made me want to watch "The Little Rascals!"
Payton won her race in "The Lady Bug!" How fitting!
Love this! Maci is smoking Alan in this race! Old man is not even close!!! Haha!
Some of the real cars that would race later that day.
Racing school??
I was able to be at Maci's Field Day! She was so cute and had so much fun...until it got too hot. Then she just wanted to leave and go to Grandma's to swim. (They had lessons that day too, and she was ready to get out of the heat!)

May 6th Blake turned 1!!! On the 7th we celebrated with a big party including lots of food, a huge mom-made cake, and even a ginormous Monster Truck bounce house for the big kids. Blake's party was a Construction themed party and I think he loved it.
This is one of his many awesome toys!
Digging into his smash cake!

Payton is getting ready for her dance recital. She is all dolled up for her dance pictures. The theme is Shirley Temple, and she was completely adorable for it! The recital will be in June! The day after Blake's birthday party was Mother's Day and also his baby dedication at church. They needed pictures of him and these are a few I took for it.
