The Sunday after Thanksgiving is always the day when we get out all of our Christmas decor and put up our tree...so, although we should have been packing for our trip and taking care of last minute trip details, we continued one of our much loved traditions. While Alan and I looked through all of our decorations and started decorating the tree, Maci watched her favorite Christmas movie, Elf, and Payton got into everything. I decided to stop fighting it and put them to work. So, Maci and Payton decorated the entire bottom of our tree (beautifully, I might add.) Who knew they were big enough to help decorate the Christmas tree. I won't soon forget that day!!! The four of us are now VERY excited about the Christmas Season.
