Blake Alan Meers made his grand appearance on May 6, 2010 at 1:22 PM. He weighed in at 7 lbs 13 oz. He is 20 1/4 inches long. We got to bring home our very healthy, adorable baby boy on Saturday and have been snuggling with him every moment of every day since then. Alan and I cannot get over how incredibly blessed we are. We are loving our time together as a family of five! Alan has two weeks off to spend bonding and loving on our sweet family. I'm going to hate it when he has to go back to work. So far, Blake is a very easy baby. You can hardly hear him breath much less make any other sounds. At 6 days old, that is sure to change, but we are loving these sleepy snugly days.
